This fun and insightful workshop is designed to improve the

communication and collaboration skills of interpreters who work as part

of various collaborative teams. Through the use of assessment tools,

games, role-playing and case study analysis, this seven-hour session

will focus on:

1) Communication styles

2) How different styles are manifested during communication

and collaboration

3) How to adapt to a range of communication style differences in

order to be a more effective member of a collaborative team
