Updates

• Executive board meeting in August was very productive. Discussions and decisions are as follows:
• Board is looking into consolidating the PO Box, storage unit and bank to one city which also has a large facility to host SCRID’s annual member meeting
• Discussed the  possibilities of incentives and the legality of having them. Still looking into it
• Discussed templates for reports and requirements for report submission
• Reviewed position descriptions and prepared them for posting to website
• Old manual was looked at and confirmed to have that plus more information to populate the SCRID wiki
• Went over some of the functions of the website with Daryl
• Discussed and decided on re-configuring the Area Representatives map to be as follows
  • San Luis Obispo & Kern County
  • Santa Barbara & Ventura County
  • Los Angeles County
  • Orange County
  • San Bernardino and Riverside County
    • Annual report was submitted to RID

Current Endeavors

• Recruitment of individuals for various committees (on going)
