Membership Categories, Voting Rights, Decision-Making and More!

Purpose: The Strategic Challenges/Bylaws Review Task Force (SC/BRTF) is soliciting feedback on several concepts regarding

1. categories of membership;
2. voting rights;
3. decision-making at the national level; and
4. clarification of the differences  between certification and membership.

Please assist us in gauging the opinion of the membership by taking this important survey.  THIS SURVEY SHOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 30-45 MINUTES TO COMPLETE.

The SURVEY WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT, THURSDAY, APRIL 22, 2010, so that the SC/BRTF can consider the responses during their task force meeting April 23-25, 2010.

The SC/BRTF wishes to emphasize that this is NOT a vote of any kind but a mechanism for gathering feedback that will help the SC/BRTF in formulating recommendations to the RID Board of Directors and the members.

This is just one of several ways that members are being asked to provide feedback.  Discussion forums will be held at the region conferences and articles will continue to be published in VIEWS and RID e-NEWS with requests for e-mail feedback.
