- Login to the administrator area.

- Click Components, CiviCRM.

- Click Search – Advanced Search.

- Choose the relevant criteria. For example, to create mailing labels for members, open the Memberships subpanel then choose the desired membership type(s) or status.
- May want to be sure to include Pending as a status because people may have check crossing in the mail.

- Location search uses the PRIMARY location for each contact by default.
To search by specific location types (e.g. Home, Work...), check one or more boxes in the Address fields subpanel.

- Click Search.
- The result set will be displayed. Select “All # records” radio button.

- The more actions drop down will become active, choose Mailing Labels, click Go.]

- Select the Avery label
- 5160, 51261, 5162, 5163, 5164, 8600, L7160, L7161, L7163

- 5160, 51261, 5162, 5163, 5164, 8600, L7160, L7161, L7163
- Select the location, Primary is the default and most likely address to use.
- Select “Do not print labels for contacts with “Do not mail” privacy option selected.”
- Contacts with the same address can be merged into a single label if desired.
- Click Make Mailing Labels.
